In 2017 there we over 5,000 workplace fatalities and 39.2% of these were as a result of falls from height.  Fall Hazards are one of OSHAs fatal four.

Therefore it is vital that workers understand how to work at height safety and protect themselves from fall hazards.

On successful completion of this Working at Height training, candidates will be emailed an echo3education self-print completion certificate.

This requires achievement of 80% in the final 20 question assessment.

Candidates can retake the quiz as often as required.

What are Fall Hazards?

Anything that could cause an unintended loss of balance or bodily support that results in a fall.

Fall hazards examples include;

  • A worker falling from height
  • A falls while climbing a defective ladder
  • A worker tripping over a loading dock
  • Carrying box and falling down a stairway
